You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons, including but not limited to:
Personal care and wellness items (e.g., massagers, grooming tools)
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you’d like to replace an item, please request a return and then place a new order.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video at team.a2zhaul@gmail.com.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
